    Re: change domain name

    Hello,

You should be able to see the pending action in the account panel where you changed it. The action will have been put into a queue to be executed. It can take a while sometimes for the change to be processed. I can see the request on our system, however, so you'll have to sit tight for now.

    Thanks.

    Re: change domain name

    Hello,

You need to register the domain with co.cc first, and set its nameservers to:
    ns1.x10hosting.com
    ns2.x10hosting.com

This is why the domain doesn't work.

    Re: change domain name

Almost all co.cc domains are free (except "popular" names). You just have to go to co.cc and register and use their tools to set the DNS nameservers to x10hosting's
    Nothing is always absolutely so.

I've registred in co.cc and they give me this message : Please set up the domain in 48 hours. If not, we will cancel the registration.

    Re: change domain name

Click set up this domain now.
Then choose nameservers from the list of 3 options.
    Enter these:
    ns1.x10hosting.com
    ns2.x10hosting.com

    and submit the change.
It should tell you that it has been successful etc. and that changes could take 48 hours to go through.

And for personal use, they're free for life.

    Re: change domain name

That's right. It may take a little longer to update back to x10, as you added the domain before its nameservers were set.
