unsuspension didn't go through
I forgot to login to my account the other day and now I'm suspended. I clicked the button to unsuspend it, but it's been several hours and the suspension is still in effect. My own personal account was suspended as well (and the one I had to create when I won a free domain in your contest a few months ago too), but both of those have been cleared already. This work account however is still suspended even though I logged into the forum for about 10 minutes and then clicked the unsuspend button.
Should it be taking this long? Customers are starting to ask my boss about it.

It appears the backend system that deals with suspensions isn't working correctly at the moment. I've just tried to unsuspend you manually from our management system, which is usually instant, but got an error. I'll report it, but you should be unsuspended automatically when the system comes back online.

Once given the all clear, try the unsuspension again. If it still fails then, please post back again and we'll investigate further.
