Hi all. I just signed up for premieum hosting with x10 and have a few questions.

1. How long does it take to be registered for the account?
2. Should I have signed up using the client pannel instead of x10premieum.com
3. can my free hosting site be transfered

Any info that can be offered would be welcome.

1) Should not be long at all. Premium users get priority support and staffing.
2) No, either will work.
3) Yes! Someone can transfer everything for you. Just say the word.

To be completely honest with you, I have no idea. I don't usually deal with premium as I'm mainly based here in free support. I'm sure someone will spot this thread and let you know, though.

Premium users have a different support area, as we're too slow in here to treat you for what you pay for.
I assume you don't have access to it yet because you don't have your account?

Good assumption. That is Correct. Hence why I am asking, mainly because I might have clicked sign up and completed the process too many times and do not want to get pounded with charges when I only wanted to sign up once.

What I'll do is escalate the ticket so someone more senior can deal with it. Premium isn't my area of expertise I'm afraid, as I'd love to help you.
