Softaculous and Fantastico NOT working

Hey guys,

My server is Chopin. I'm trying to install the Wordpress and I'm getting the following message from Softaculous:
The INFO.XML file could not be found! Please report this to the server administrator.

As for Fantastico, it won't open at all and shows me this message:
atal error: Call to undefined function Get_Files() in /tmp/cpanel_phpengine.1302733122.17462qO0b7Po432 on line 769

Is this because the server is moving or not really? Any help appreciated.

Hello,

As I understand it, your server is still officially under maintenance, as per the news thread here: Chopin Server Migration Information Thread

I suggest you wait until an official announcement is made saying everything should be fine. Once this has been made, if you are still experiencing an issue after that, then please post back. There may be some files still transferring etc, and there's no point in us slowing them down with support tickets which may be resolved anyway.

Thanks for the reply. I had already read the whole Chopin thread. It said it was done and should be working. That's why I posted here. BUT, giving it until tomorrow won't hurt.

Hello,

It does say there is some minor maintenance remaining, which could include setting up your autoinstallers.
I don't know how exactly things are done, but it's best to wait until they say they're 100% finished before pointing out issues.
