Reason for my suspension.

Today my account got suspended for "shell script". I honestly have no idea what that is. Could you please show me which file on my account that had a shell script? Some more information about why I was suspended would he nice...
My intentions is of no harm. I'd love to be able to continue with hosting here, if that's not possible anymore, could I have the files sent to me so that I can host somewhere else?

This is a permanent irrevocable suspension; in accordance with the TOS no backups can be provided.

This would -also- be permanent if you try to claim it wasn't you who uploaded it, as that would indicate that the file uploader in the upload folder was publicly accessible, which would mean a breach of the File Hosting section of the terms as well.


In short, there's two different suspensions that can be applied, and both are permanent.

That IP doesn't match mine, so that wasn't me, but it's still my fault so it doesn't really matter...

Can't we come to an agreement to delete the /home/CPANELUSERNAMEGOESHERE/www/upload/ folder? I really want to continue hosting at x10hosting as it is one of the best hosting sites I've found so far...
