account suspension

My account was suspended because of not visiting my account more than a month? I actually always visits my account and im sure this suspension is a mistake.

Per the TOS you need to visit the x10hosting forums at least once per month; that's where most of the updates get posted. Once you've visited, log back into your account panel (user login in the top right of x10hosting.com) and request an unsuspension - if we unsuspend you prior to you visiting the forum, you're likely to get suspended again.
