Error from park wrapper: gaming-cosplay.tk is already configured.

I am trying to add the domain gaming-cosplay.tk and drool-cosplay.tk but I keep getting the error message:

"Error from park wrapper: gaming-cosplay.tk is already configured" ,
"Error from park wrapper: drool-cosplay.tk is already configured"

I have seen similar posts to mine, and it looks like the support admin is the only one who can fix this by removing the DNS entry. I don't know if i can remove it myself or have access to it.
Kindly remove it for me please.

You are correct, you can not remove them yourself.

Further more, it is a known problem on your server atm, which boils up to that we most likely will need to add them through the backend.

I assume you want them as addon domains? Any specific folders they should point towards?

Yes, But don't bother with drool-cosplay.tk because I won't be using it anymore. I would like to make gaming-cosplay.tk as an add-on domain and it will be placed on gaming-cosplay folder. Thank You Anna
