no database in your account

hi,
i am getting an error saying i have no database associated with my account. however, when i try to create a new database it promts me with an error saying there is already a database with that name.

same is for database users.

I suggest you wait until things are declared 100% completed, as it's possible checks that could resolve this automatically have not yet been completed. I don't want to escalate tickets that are in the process of being fixed anyway.
Once the maintenance is declared 100% over, if you still have the issue then, please post back and we can help further.
