Can't access cPanel in Starka

Hi,

I just created a new host account here in x10 (blackslash.elementfx.com) and it seems like I can't access my cPanel at Starka (https://starka.x10hosting.com:2083) Also, my host account information says I have 0mb free and 0 mb used. It seems as though I don't have any space. Please tell me how I can access my host account.

What exactly is the error you get at the cPanel page? Please note you may need to confirm a SSL certificate exception to open it due to recent server changes.
