I keep getting these errors in cPanel

When i open Fantastico:
Fatal error: Call to undefined function Get_Output() in /tmp/cpanel_phpengine.1302805138.2658QSN_8ScoE2 on line 479


Softalicois every time i try to install something:
The INFO.XML file could not be found! Please report this to the server administrator.

Your server is still officially under maintenance. Please see this thread for updates: Boru Server Migration Information Thread
Once the all clear is given, if you still have the issue then, please post back. At this stage, we believe the issues are related.

Still having this error.. I honestly dont mind if you wipe my accounts data and reset it so its as if i just registered... (if thats easier)
