Respected admin kindly please reset account to as it was on creating a new account
as i have deleted files mistakely and cant see my website so i need to have an master reset of my account can u please do this for me.Please format my account.I have back up of data which is there in file-manager in C-panel

Oddly I can see what did it here, the www folder is no longer linked to public_html, but all the files look to be still there. Do you want me to fix the www link, or just kill it completely and have you go through signup again?

Fixed the symlink after moving all the files that were in the www folder out (a bunch of the cpanel stuff wasn't where it was supposed to be); if it's still messed up let me know and I'll mark it for a faster termination than normal since we'd be making a new one right away.

Do make sure if the backup itself is on the account, move it off of there - if we do have to terminate it, the entire account goes with it, so we don't want the backups to be left on the account itself

Only way to do a full reset is to terminate the old one and re-register; we can do that if you want, but that's the only way to completely reset it.

Should be terminating now; you should get an email when it finishes clearing out. Once that's done, sign up for a new one on the main site again - it may take a bit for it to get recreated, but it should work

Should be able to use the same domain and such; if memory serves me right, here's the directions;

1) Login using the user login button in the top right of x10hosting.com. The account panel itself is still there, it just won't have any hosting account under it.
2) Go back to x10hosting.com, and sign up.

The only difference you -should- see is it might not ask for a forum username/password since it already has one set up for you. If you run into troubles though let us know - we'll do what we can to get it solved one way or another
