mysql doesn't work properly

I installed wordpress inside my free website: http://aaniento.pcriot.com/wordpress/ during october of 2010.
The weblog was working ok until today. Unfortunatelly today has appear an error message (Error establishing a database connection) related to database, and I don't know how to overcome it. Maybe do you have a backup or is a temporary problem of the server? I've enter in cpanel an seems that there are 2 databases in the left side of the page, but when trying to access them with phpmyadmin seems that they doesn't exist. Any help? Thanks in advance.
