    Domain redirect problem

    Hello,

    I tried to follow a tutorial found in the forums so that I could use my domain set up. So I went and changed the nameservers in GoDaddy (where I bought my domain, deepcleanmx.com), after that I changed the main domain to deepcleanmx.com, before that it was deepclean.x10.mx. Well it was working ok, and actually it is working for the ftp access, but I can't seem to be able to access the pages through either chrome or internet explorer anymore. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advanced...

    Howdy;
    Please take a look at How To Use Your Own Domain .
    "Remember that DNS can take up to 48 hours to update."

    Re: Domain redirect problem

    Hello, thanks for that link carl,

    You know I already did what's listed in this tutorial on how to use my own domain, and so I changed the nameservers in godaddy, and then I used the "Main Domain" option, unchecking the "Use an x10hosting subdomain as my account's main domain" and writing my domain I want to use (deepcleanmx.com), I've waited for 4 days already, I had already requested that domain change before (on april 13th) and again to days ago, and both requests are in "Process Wait" status and it still doesn't seem I'm being redirected to the website using my domain name in my browser.

    What's weird is that FTP access with my domain name DOES work... so I'm not sure what to do next... should I return to a subdomain from x10 and then use the AddOn domain option in the tutorial?

    Thanks for the help, I hope you can find something I might be doing wrong.
