site down

Hi,

I've recently update to the prime membership to get the inactivity timer off, but my site is still down.

I get a blank page and this error: The page you are looking for is temporarily unavailable.
Please try again later.

At first, I thought it didn't worked, but it not it.

I've look at the server status, the last information is 5-6 days ago.
I've look in my x10hsoting account, no suspension or any king of message except: successfully upgrade your account.

I can access my cpanel account on stoli

I can't access my back-end cms section (same blank page and error)

Is the problem on my side or on the server's side?

After finishing this message, I now have a new page error... the generic cpanel error: default web page error (http://www.norfond.ca/cgi-sys/defaultwebpage.cgi)

Is the Stoli server been update? Cannot find where the specific service status is on the x10hosting web site is...

ok, the problem was that stoli was down. Found it in Free hosting updates tread on page 2-3 approx by reading every posts.

Can now close my tread as the web site is back.
