help can't reach site

i can't get my site bleachrpv2.0.x10.mx to come up.

http://bleachrpv2.0.x10.mx/cgi-sys/defaultwebpage.cgi is what it goes to. the site would be on stoli server

also. if i try going to any other site. i get a notice that says the site does not exist

ok. second site. another problem

it takes forever to do anything. and it gives me "page temp unavailable" messages a lot, or ISE messages
and that server is starka
now both sites are not working. and i get 404 errors
