I'm very confused about the sign-up process for free hosting account. I completed the process several weeks ago. Once completed I was told I would receive a confirmation email. Never got that. I tried again this morning, was told I already have an account set-up using my email address. I entered my email address & password I used for sign-up, then was sent to a blank page. I went back to x10hosting.com and signed in through the login at the top of the page. I got into the account only to be told that I had no hosting set-up. I clicked the link to set-up hosting and it said I was attempting to sign-up more than once in 24hrs.

I've gone through the forums, and haven't found a solution. I would appreciate some assistance in the matter.
