can't access to cPanel

Hi, my account is mypariyatti.x10.mx
I can't access to my site's cPanel. I tried this link mypariyatti.x10.mx:2082
I'm accessing it from Myanmar.
Please tell me, how do i access cPanel?

Try login via
https://x10hosting.com/control/ (Account Management Panel)

Click » View Details in the yellow box, you will be presented with
"Hosting Account Management".
Click "Login to cPanel".

And, you cannot access cpanel using mypariyatti.x10.mx:2082
