Thread: No hosting account, and cannot register one either.

    Unhappy No hosting account, and cannot register one either.

    I have logged into my account "axelsa" and on this page: https://x10hosting.com/control/?hosting it says this:
    "Woah! It appears that you do not have hosting under your client account. This could be the result of a different scenarios:
    An older account was removed as the result of inactivity.
    A past account has been terminated for breaching our Terms of Service.
    You have never had a hosting account.

    Whatever the reason, you can always sign up for a hosting account now. "
    But when I click the link and fill in the information, it gives me an error message saying "We detect that you are accessing our service through a proxy or attempting to register multiple times. We do not allow signups through proxy services or more than once per 24 hours. If you believe this is a mistake, please contact us on our forums."

    I am not behind a proxy, and how come I have to wait 24 hours after completing the client account registration?

    To minimize the abuse of x10 servers,those preventive measures were taken.(Proxy/24hr limit).

    Regarding your main problem, I would suggest you to first check your "spam/trash" folder.

    If there isn't a mail from x10, then I would suggest you to change your email id(to a gmail/yahoo id preferably).

    You may change your email id using:

    Also, please check

    #Account >> Notifications (Client Account Notifications)

    After successful completion of this step, you may sign up again for x10 hosting account.

    Please note that account creation is an automated process.
