Chaoscape redirects to a default page

My URL is "http://www.chaoscape.x10.mx" now when i click it it redirects me to this "http://www.chaoscape.x10.mx/cgi-sys/defaultwebpage.cgi", please help me out i have had this problem before. If i am doing something wrong please notify me and i will do my best to counter it.
