Switching main domains.

I have a wordpress site set up on a addon domain (oliverpadilla.com). Is it possible to make that addon domain my main domain with out losing or messing up the wordpress site I already have setup? (along with e-mail accounts and sub domains). I no longer need the x10hosting subdomain but I would like to continue using the hosting. Thanks!

You would need to remove the domain from addon domains before being able to set it as your main domain, this can cause a problem with e-mail accounts and sub domains, there's a high likelihood need to re-add them once the switch is made, for the subdomain it is a sure thing.
As for the email accounts, any account under your main domain is best removed BEFORE making such switch.

Also you'd need to move all your wordpress files into your public_html (web root) since that's where the main domain will be pointed at, unless you update the configs to reflect what the new path (oliverpadilla.com/folderitisin) will be BEFORE making the switch to avoid making wordpress a pain.

Thanks. So I'm ready to switch main domains. There is a pending modification, but its with a typo! Could you go into the ticket and change it to 'oliverpadilla.com' (i think i typed ooliverpadilla.com)

I do understand that you guys are doing server stuff and its gonna take a while.

The domain change actions are automatically handled, there's no way for us to go in and change the contents of the command.
Once it comes through, just submit a new change to the correct address.
