I cannot find the update software option on CPanel as stated [WHM -> Softaculous -> Software] in the blog:
http://www.softaculous.com/board/index.php?tid=79&tpg=2&title=The_INFO.XML_file_cou ld_not_be_found!_Please_report_this_to_the_Server_ Admin.

I have also created cron job for it (/usr/bin/php /usr/local/cpanel/whostmgr/docroot/cgi/softaculous/cron.php)
Bit this does not work either.

Please help.

Thanks for your reply. Although the issue still exists after migration was finished on 16th Apr. The link that you sent has last post dated 15th Apr. But when you log into x10hosting account, you can see update that says that they have finished all their migration and servers should be back.

Anything else that could possibly go wrong?
