As of now, the country aforementioned tops(>5%) the list of x10 service abusers.
Hence,the country-specific block.
Abuse Compliance Officer
In the past, we've had a very high percentage of signups from your country signing up and then promptly breaking the TOS in a permanent fashion (warez, proxies, porn, etc.) As such, for the time being, we have disabled signups from your country of origin.
We don't have a way to bypass this at the moment; all you can do is check back every once in a while to see if the restriction has been lifted.
TOS breakers will be suspended regardless of race, creed, national origin, hair color, or favorite food. Thanks for your understanding!
