Unsuspend: High resource usage chat.

These days my site up and down caused it is suspended several times. Even though I am on the process to plan buy a premium plan of service. I have not finished the process caused by I could not receive validation call. I'm mailing to support@x10premium.com to ask about this. Until the problem deal, please unsuspend my account and dont let it down. I will complete registration process as soon as possible.

I tried to access the site by FTP account to upload chat usage removed script but I was not able to access. My FTP account was suspended also?
