Forgot c panel login and password

I forgot my cpanel login and password. I want to change permission of files on my website. So when i tried ftp dofiverr.co.cc it asks for login and password. what is that for my website ? Please reply as soon as possible.

Try login via
https://x10hosting.com/control/ (Account Management Panel)

Click » View Details in the yellow box, you will be presented with
"Hosting Account Management".
Click "Login to cPanel" and change file permissions using file manager.

For FTP:

Your cpanel username is the lower username in the yellow box.
But, you would need cpanel_username's password or have to create new FTP account.

To reset password:
Hosting Account Management >> Change Password
