Unable to connect to cpanel after changing my password..

hi all,

I am a new user of the free hosting service of x10hosting and new web
2 days ago, i was unable to connect to my account to update my website, as if i forgot my password and i decided to change my password. and i did it.

but since this time, i am unable to connect to my server space using using cpanel , i receive the message login attempt fail.

also i noticed that in the hosting Account Actions, it appears:

Hosting Password Update submitted April 15 at 5:13 pm
action status: Error
information: Update to your hosting account password.
result:An error occurred while processing this action. The error is message is shown.





and i try to use the resubmit button to resubmit my request but until no, the problem still the same.

please could someone help me?

I am opened to any suggestions to solve my "login attempt fail" issue, i just want to add that i can connect to my account but not to the server using Cpanel.

Hello!

Try login via
https://x10hosting.com/control/ (Account Management Panel)

Click » View Details in the yellow box, you will be presented with
"Hosting Account Management".
Click "Login to cPanel".

I did it from there, and i try it again rigth now, but i receive the same"login attempt fail" error message. whereas when i didn't changed my password, it open cpanel immediatly when i clicked on " Login on cpanel" form https://x10hosting.com/control.


someone have and idea on how to solve it.
