Account Upgrade Question

Hi, I have a few questions about switching to the paid service,

I am currently using my website for something very important. Being a free service I understand that there will be some downtime and there are certain restrictions. However the server upgrades and migrations have been a very inconvenience especially during these last important 2 months. These last 2 months are the most critical for me.

To help fix this problem, I was planing to switch to x10premium for at least 2 months.

My Questions are:

1) If I switch to paid provider will my website as well as all the contents get transfered over?

2) Are the paid servers under the same maintenance process as free service?

3) After a few months when I want my account back on the free service will they help transfer everything back to the free servers?

These are the questions that I have right now, If someone can reply I would greatly appreciate it. I was thinking of using prime members, but they are on the same servers and they suffer the same downtime as the free servers?

1) Upon creation of the premium hosting account, open a ticket in the paid clients area (clients.x10hosting.com) and request a transfer of the free account; if possible please include the cpanel username and the server of your free account. The password is NOT required, so don't post that

2) Not to the best of my knowledge; mine's been up and stable for several months. The last downtime there was had been planned and pre-announced - it happened in the wee morning hours and was down for about 15 minutes for ram upgrades. Not bad for being the only notable downtime I've had in 2.5 years

3) I don't know if they can do the transfer in reverse, however the paid one has the backup option for downloading everything in zip files, which -should- make it easier to help move back to free. If all else fails, download all the files via FTP, download the database from PHPMyAdmin, and reupload them.

We do not help out with moving an account FROM paid to free hosting, you'd need to backup and move files and databases yourself for that option.
