cPanel License Activation

Hi,
all of the sudden, while I was editing my uploaded files, I got this message:
"This server is currently not licensed. Please contact the server administrator. Other services available on this server such as web services are likely functioning normally. (Cannot read license file)".

What does that mean?
What should I do?

As they work on the new server set up, there is a brief period when the license files are not transferred and you see that message.
Earlier it was on the server Chopin, but it was quickly fixed.
You are on Starka and I assume that they will transfer the license files shortly and you will no longer see that message and will be able to get into cPanel.
