Hi, I lost my database on cpanel. I know that the database isn't completely gone, because I can still log in my site based on the database, but I can't login to phpadmin and I see no database on my cpanel. How can I fix it?

Actually, mySQL server appears offline. so I can't manipulate anything with my database. Why is this happening and how can I fix it??
