Website loading super slow and no access to the database or the user at all.

Hello!

I'm sorry for contacting you for the issue but my website loading is super slow or even not loading at all and I have no access to the database or the database user at the moment.

The phpMyAdmin shows only the notice: The MySQL® server is currently offline.
and there are no databases or users associated with my account at all after the server upgrade.

Any idea how long does it take to get the website loading back to normal or any access to the database and the database user?

My website still waits quite a long time before loading and loads slower than before the server upgrade but I've got the access back to the MySQL functions anyway. So, thank you.
