A record update to x10hosting does not load website

The following is the description of the problem:

A record -> updated at Registrar to point to dedicated IP of my hosting account
Files -> uploaded a basic index.html page and related images.

Problem: cannot load website. (Connection timed out error)

actions taken: cleared browsing history, cache as well as cookies.

Your attention in getting the site back up again is highly appreciated. Thanks!

The server and FTP works off & on and randomly goes offline (most of the time).

I am currently on the BORU server and would appreciate if you can give me a little info regarding the upgrade issues still going on.

Your website appears to load just fine(a page with some html tags but no text). I only see the shapariya.x10.mx domain on your account.
If you are having ftp issues, try using boru.x10hosting.com as the url
