I can't find cPanel

This may sound dumb, but I can't seem to find the cPanel anywhere. Is this from the outage? If not, could you point me in the right direction?

Click » View Details in the yellow box, you will be presented with
"Hosting Account Management".
Click "Login to cPanel".

Done !
