I made the runescape login page for a friend. i was only testing it on my own site. as you can see for yourself the accs.txt is empty. i dont even think it works.

It doesn't matter. It shouldn't have been in your account in the first place. There is zero tolerance for phishing, which means no second chances. Your account is permanently suspended. Any and all access to your account is completely revoked.
