    Lost domain?

Hi, I tried to switch my domain to dansapier.co.cc but that didn't work, and when I tried to change the domain back to dansapier.x10.mx it said the it is already in use. I have no idea why this is happening? I have one subdomain that I also cannot access.

    Hope this makes sense
    Daniel

    Re: Lost domain?

Your main domain is right now dansapier.co.cc, but because you tried to change the domain back to dansapier.x10.mx, that action is still pending. The reason why dansapier.co.cc isn't working is because you put in the wrong nameservers. They should be ns1.x10hosting.com and ns2.x10hosting.com

Since you can't access your subdomain, I recommend that you delete it instead from the subdomains link in your cPanel.

    Re: Lost domain?

Hi, that worked perfectly thank you! Only problem is I now get the following message when trying to log into cPanel.

This server is currently not licensed. Please contact the server administrator. Other services available on this server such as web services are likely functioning normally. (Cannot read license file)

Once the license on this server is active, you will no longer see this message. If you have installed a license since loading this page, click here to reload.

I would also like to redirect the root domain [dansapier.co.cc] to weebly.com so I can put front page on my domain, while still allowing access to x10hosting for my subdomain [schisto.dansapier.co.cc] so I can access the files in public_html, Would this be possible?

    Thanks again!
    D
