Starting up on the site

Hi there,
I have been using another free host to house my tennis League web site - but heard about this one and I must say I am impressed.

I was attracted by the availability of phpmail() and the software seems excellent.... however, I am having difficulty getting started!

I have jumped through all of the hoops, registering and creating the FTP accounts etc - I think!
I uploaded a file 'index.htm' to the public_html directory - but it doesn't show when I try to access it at nkelsey.x10.mx/index.htm

Similarly, I tried using CuteFTP and entered allo f the information given when registering but I get:-

The account doesn't seem to be live.... If that is so... how do I make it live... and do I have to enable phpmail()? I can't seem to find any reference to it in the cpanel.

Interesting I now see a problem with the host:-

Can now gain access to the cPanel and the above message does not appear - but still cannot access the index.htm file that I uploaded to public_html:-

HI there,

Pleased to say that the problem is now resolved. It was a server issue and all of the settings that I had in CuteFTP now work.

At first glance the site works quickly and like silk!
