I just recently created an account with your service. Upon first logging in to cPanel, I set up an FTP account in order to upload Joomla and start rebuilding my website (signed up through a provider that I just found out doesn't allow SMTP traffic). I loaded up CoreFTP and input the corresponding FTP info. On 3 separate attempts, it failed to even recognize the server (the one given to me: ftp.tianhuaec.elementfx.com), so I proceeded to load up the cPanel file manager. I managed to get all of my files uploaded through that (basic Joomla 1.6 install), but when i pointed my browser towards the site (http://tianhuaec.elementfx.com) it refused to load. I tried two different computers; neither one resolved. Afterward, I decided to go back to cPanel to see if there was anything that i could do there. Unfortunately, cPanel was now telling me that I needed to install a license in order to continue using the current installation. With this new twist, I hopped over to the forums in search of insight. Nothing there about my problems, so I'm writing this report. Hopefully this is just some random hiccup affecting the server i was assigned to. Thank you for your time.

TL/DR:
Can't access FTP with given login info
Can't access cPanel due to license issues
Can't get website to resolve
