I want to use my 1and1 domain name with X10hosting

When I want to create addon domain, I have an error :

"There was a problem creating the addondomain. Show Details

Error from park wrapper: drugs-dignity.com is already configured."

But I have no parked domains!
What can I do?
What is the problem?

First change "drugs-dignity.com" domain's dns nameservers to
ns1.x10hosting.com
ns2.x10hosting.com

Then, try again.

How long to wait after the DNS change to be able to create addon domain ?

No, you haven't changed it yet.

It is still pointing to some other dns nameservers.
ns61.1and1.fr
ns62.1and1.fr

I did make the DNS change, but seeing that create Addon Domain won't working, I "undid" the DNS change.

I will make the DNS change again, How long to wait after the DNS change to be able to create addon domain ?

After changing it, you have(may have) to WAIT at least 48 hours.

It's not like with a main domain?

PS: I must unlock the domain too? And when will I have to lock it again?

Hello,

It appears that there might be some sort of "ghost" entry in x10Hosting's configuration preventing you from adding this domain. Since resolving this issue is beyond the capability of the community support team, I am going to escalate this thread into a ticket in the support section for the higher-ups to look at. This has the side effect of locking this thread.
