Hosting Unsuspension Please

i recieved a "Hosting Account Suspension" yesterday. but i can't find a "unsuspension request" on this page https://x10hosting.com/control/?hosting&actions.

i have been suspended for high system resource usage. it's think because i'm updating my wordpress site. and/or because stoli server is having problem since april 16.

I have unsuspended your account.
Automatic WordPress updates are known to cause high resource usage issues. You may wish to manually update as manual update usually does not cause these issues.

thanx a lot sir. i'm manually updating my wordpress (content). but i plan on automatically updating my wordpress version this week. i guess i'll not do that.
