Is not possible to access my domain

Hi,

I opened an account 2 days ago and I was trying to add a .co.cc domain in my account. It's appears that this is OK, once that when I ping my page, I'm able to get the same IP that I was suppose to receive from the one that I see in the CPanel.
But nothing works from external access, like: FTP, HTTP.
The name is resolved, but there is no connection. I already tried in two different networks and none of them is working.
