addon domain already configured

hello,
I cant add an add on domain because it tells me it is already configured...yet it is not listed anywhere
i am trying to add the domain updatedoffers.com
my main domain is gptoffers.x10.bz
my username is updated

i have correctly set my domains DNS to the correct x10hosting.com nameservers

please help me,
