About LinkBacksI seen some users have prime member by their names and can access the prime members area. Well I use my forum with my free, but I have purchased a prime, so can I have the access and badge? I used same email for both.

I did some digging, you did not buy a Prime Membership. You did buy Premium hosting which is a different product that does not give you access to the Prime forum.
Prime Membership is always bought through the forums, under paid subscriptions.
If you want your free account moved over to the premium hosting servers, please open a ticket requesting that at https://clients.x10hosting.com/clientarea.php, don't forget to include cPanel username of your free account so we know which account to move.
