Problems with ftp connection

Hi to all,
i have a problem with ftp connection. I'ts impossible for me connect to ftp with ftp client for every user.
I receive a connection timeout message.

Use cpanel >> filemanager
or
boru.x10hosting.com as server.

I'd recommend cpanel filemanager.
