why i can't log in to my cPanle at https://boru.x10hosting.com:2083 ? it said password attempt failed, even i had given the right password.

Have you tried logging in using:

https://x10hosting.com/control/ (Account Management Panel)

Click » View Details in the yellow box, you will be presented with
"Hosting Account Management".
Click "Login to cPanel".
