Unable to access Cpanel or Web-Mail

Dear Sirs, I am unable to access .my Cpanel and web-mail and am returned the error message "IP address changed". I think this is down to my signing up with land based broadband and am now using my usb mobile broadband modem to access my account. Would it be possible to add my current IP adress so that I can regain access to the services? Thank you in advance.

No, it has nothing to do with the type of internet connection.

Just flush your dns records and clear browser cache.
