Email Not Working

My email josh@jpb6891.elementfx.com is not working, What is wrong? I send an email to the josh address using gmail and it says Delivery to the following recipient failed permanently:

josh@jpb6891.elementfx.com

Try using cPanel to drop the email address and then add it back. Then try contacting it again.

Does sending an email to the default (ie your cPanel username) work?

Can someone please send an email to williamjoseph@jpb1991.co.cc and see if you get an automated reply? I tried sending an email to it using a non gmail email address and I got nothing. The auto reply uses ascii. I get mail if I send it using jpb6891@jpb1991.co.cc.
