Suspension

I tried disabling my suspension almost 24 hours ago and my site is still down. After reading through a lot of the forums, I think I know what happened but I'm not able to fix this with my account still suspended. How long will this action take? I need it completed as soon as possible, though I know the system has been undergoing quite a few changes.
