suspension of account

Hi!
My account was suspended because I uploaded a phishing site. If x10 cant reactivate my account, please give me back my files that were uploaded to the directories.

When suspended permanently, no access to your account is granted.
It will eventually be terminated.

And just because I love citing our terms, that's all covered in the TOS. Section 6 at the start and end says backups are your responsiblity, and once the terms have been broken backups aren't provided. Section 8 backs this up and indicates that all access is revoked when suspended, and we again have no obligation to provide backups.
