Modify Domain

Hello x10hosting.com,

I signed up today for your free hosting account with the domain http://ec.elementfx.com, however I want to change it to http://gaea.elementfx.com. I submitted a "modify domain' request through my account control panel, but nothing is happening. Can you let me know if I did something incorrectly? If so, then let me know what needs to be done to process my request?

As soon as the modified domain to http://gaea.elementfx.com goes into effect, then I can setup my site.

You currently have a pending domain update action under your account. All you can do now is wait for it to be processed.

What is the typical turnaround time for a "domain update" to be completed?

Otherwise, how do I go about creating a new account using my email address?

Given the recent server migrations, it could take some time. Your process is already in queue so there isn't a way to expedite it.

If I setup the site at http://ec.elementfx.com will the files be migrated to http://gaea.elementfx.com automatically? Or will I have to redo everything once the "modify domain" request is processed?

The reason I ask is that its been five hours since I initiated this request. I really want to get the site setup.

It shows gaea as your main domain now.
I can go to it via the web. Index of / page. graphics subdirectory. education.jpg picture of an owl on a book next to a candle.

If you have trouble viewing the new domain, clear your browser cache and history.
