Changing main domain name !

In Modify Main Domain option ,i saw .co.cc option .I choose it .But when i type that domain(alfredstools.co.cc) it shows that-
"www.alfredstools.co.cc
The domain alfredstools.co.cc is available Continue to registration >>
If you want to build a site at this address, please visit us at www.co.cc"
What is this ?,Is it necessary to register 'alfredstools.co.cc' in that site ?

If you wish to use a co dot cc domain you must register the domain at http://co.cc
