    Automatically redirecting to defaultwebpage.cgi

My website is automatically redirecting to defaultwebpage.cgi instead of index.html

I did ipconfig /flushdns, same error.

I am able to access your website. Try clearing your browser cache, in addition to flushing your DNS once more.
