I installed WP in Public_html directory,but i cant access to my website just this 'cgi-sys/defaultwebpage.cgi' come,

how can i solve it

Your website is accessible but with an error.

To resolve it:
Delete/Rename .htaccess that you may have and set permissions of all folders to 0755 and files to 0644

And, to resolve your main problem, clear your browser cache.
